Swaged type Tubular Poles
BST Infratech Limited manufactures Tubular Poles of premium quality under strict guidelines and quality control. The Swaged Type Tubular Poles range from Light poles in single and double hang, Traffic light poles, Street light poles, and many more as per customer requirements.
The Swaged Type Tubular Poles are cut, swaged, welded, and painted or galvanized at the manufacturing unit at Jamuria, near Ranigunj, West Bengal. BST Infratech Limited also produces poles in two parts with nuts & bolts system. These are passed through several kinds of checks namely Straightness check, Deflection test, Permanent set test, and Drop test before dispatching them to the customers.
Currently, we fabricate steel poles from 7 meters up to the length of 16 meters maximum as per IS: 2713 standard.
They are highly corrosion-resistant, and will last long, simultaneously being easy to transport and install. They are low-maintenance, come at an affordable price, and are an excellent fit for electrification works in urban and rural areas.
Our employees in combination with Research & Development Team contribute their knowledge and effort towards developing and improving the quality and total output of tubular poles which is currently 12,000 tonnes per annum.
